Kingfisher: Curve Stablecoin Flash-Loan Arbitrage on Arbitrum One
Kingfisher is a low-latency execution bot engineered specifically to exploit temporary pricing imbalances between Curve stablecoin pools on Arbitrum One, backed by atomic flash-loan liquidity from Aave V3.
Mechanism & Structural Edge
- Atomic Price Spread Capture: Borrows flash-capital from Aave V3, captures StableSwap pricing deviations across imbalanced Curve pools, and atomically repays principal and fees in a single transaction.
- On-Chain Profit Guarantees: Solidity callback asserts
require(netProfit >= minProfit). If the transaction loses a sequencer race, it reverts cleanly on-chain, risking only negligible transaction gas without ever endangering principal. - Arbitrum Timeboost & Private Routing: Exploits Arbitrum's single-sequencer architecture and Timeboost priority ordering, broadcasting pre-signed transactions directly to the lowest-latency sequencer endpoint without public mempool leakage.
- Nitro Node Co-Location: Interacts directly over IPC with a local Arbitrum Nitro node achieving sub-0.1ms block-header notification latency.
- Hot-Reloadable Parameters: Includes a zero-downtime control plane (
POST /params) to adjust profit floors and sizing ceilings in production without stopping the service.
